Situated in the coastal resort of Islantilla, this three bedroom villa, available for rent, is fully equipped for the ideal Beach and/or Golf holiday. The property is 50 minutes drive from Faro airport and a dual carriageway which runs parallel with the coast will take you most of the way.
Islantilla is situated in the Costa de la Luz (Coast Of Light) on the Spanish southern coast, near to the Portuguese border. The beaches are beautiful with finer and more golden sand than the neighbouring Costa del Sol. This part of the coast has not seen the high-rise hotel development of other areas of mainland Spain.
The property is in "Islantilla real" situated on the 16th hole of Islantillas 27 hole golf course and a 10 minute walk will take you to the club house. The nearby beaches are Islantilla (8 minutes walk) and La antilla (15 minutes walk) with several beaches to choose from all along the coast.
The property has all kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and cooker. 2 of the 3 are twin bedrooms and the main bedroom is a en suite bedroom with air-conditioned and balcony with golf overlooking. There is a parking closed to the villa 20 meter from the villa´s door. On the complex there is a Swimming Pool, Padel Tennis courts as well as a children ara.

The long golden sands of Islantilla beach which has been awarded the EU Blue Flag and the protected natural surroundings are quite different from other touristic areas of the Spanish Coast. The recent urban development has been made taking special care of the eco-system of dunes and pine trees. Islantilla becomes a hive of activity with the local people selling their wares in open markets. You can choose to watch them in one of the many superb restaurants and bars in the area. Within a 15 minute drive is the historical border town of Ayamonte with its cobbled streets, local markets and a diverse range of shops and interesting places to eat. There is a modern marina and even the opportunity to take a short boat trip over to Portugal.
