Description: |
This is a beautiful new apartment in Calahonda on the Costa Del sol about twenty minutes from Malaga airport and forty minutes from Gibraltar. The apartment has two nice sized bedrooms the master is set out as a twin (the beds are easily put together to make a double) with on-suit bathroom and patio doors onto the terrace and the second is set out as a twin with patio doors out onto the terrace, the living room has a large sprung double pull out sofa bed so the can sleep up to six, but is only practical for younger children to use the sofa bed, there is also a second large bathroom as-well as a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dish washer, cooker etc etc.Outside is a large terrace with two sun loungers and table and chairs and lovely views over the two swimming pools as-well as the med to one side and mountains to the other.There is lots of on street parking right out side the door as well as private parking under the building. Calahonda is a great location it is in easy travel distance to all the main costa del sol areas, malaga, Gibraltar, Ronda, marbella, Peurto banus etc, in the morning you could be on the beach and in the afternoon you could be skiing so theres something for everyone.
Bellavista Hills is a gated development of 110 apartments, constructed in 5 buildings. Each offers private garage parking and storage rooms at basement level. Other facilities include communal pools, 24 hour security, and sub tropical gardens.
The Bellavista Hills development is a unique residential area, located next to the Cabopino yachting port, the new Mijas Hippodrome and several golf courses. Both the swimming pool and terraces offer beautiful views of the sea and mountains. From here you have direct access to the Costa Del Sol motorway and main road.
