This is a large, beautifully modernised Andalucian villa with a fabulous heated 12 x 5 metre swimmimg pool, Secluded, yet not isolated, the villa is accessed by a private track beside a river which attracts a variety of Birdlife. Set in a stunning rural setting where Asparagus and Maize grows in abundance, the sound of goat bells can be heard as local farmers herd their large herds of goats alongside the river on a daily basis. Guests will enjoy the space and safety features that this beautiful property has to offer.
The villa is very family friendly, sleeps 10 or more people comfortably and is sufficiently spacious to accommodate 2 families with children who wish to share the facilities. Child cots are also available. The property comprises 5 double bedrooms, two of which have large private roof terraces offering far ranging countryside and mountain views. One of the master bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. The property is completely private & is not overlooked by neighbouring properties. There are 2 large living rooms within the property, both fitted with satellite TV and DVD players. The smaller of the two is also equipped with a range of toys and games so that children can enjoy a space of their own if desired. The use of a full sized pool table and dart board is also available for all guests. The second living room is a huge space combining comfortable living and dining, perfect for holding dinner parties and celebrating family occasions. The property also has 2 fully equipped kitchens, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms. At the front of the property an impressive heated swimming pool incorporates a segregated child friendly section and for maximum safety the pool area is totally fenced off, as is the perimeter of the property itself. A large BBQ is provided next to the pool, plus a shaded area under which to relax and enjoy meals out of doors. Surrounding the house itself are large, safe areas to play games, such as badminton and football. All equipment is provided including a large childrens playcentre, complete with slide and swings. The villa is conveniently situated close to the friendly market town of Huetor Tajar, which has a population of around 10,000. Here you will find all the necessary amenities associated with a town of this size, including a lively weekly market, Pharmacy, Supermarkets, Banks, Restaurants, Cafes & Bars.
Access to and from the main Granada – Seville Autovia A92 (motorway) is only a 10 minute drive away on good, flat roads bordered on each side by fertile fields and breathtaking countryside.
The A92 provides fast and easy access to Granada (30mins) Malaga (60mins) Sierra Nevada mountain range & Ski Resort (60mins) plus beaches on the Costa Tropical (60mins) The villa offers an excellent base from which to explore this fascinating region of Spain, with day trips to Granada, Cordoba, Seville and the nearby Costa Tropical made easy by excellent road links. With beautiful mountain lakes and rivers, this area offers fantastic opportunities to enjoy fishing, golf, cycling & walking.
Locally there are numerous inexpensive Bars and Restaurants in which to discover Granada’s culture and to sample the region’s food and drink. You will find people here are warm and friendly towards visitors to their beautiful region. Averaging 320 days of annual sunshine, the area enjoys a pleasant climate, remaining dry & hot throughout the summer months
