Description: |
The villa, being so close to the beach and golf course, is in the most pleasant of environments. It is situated in a peaceful, semi-rural area, on a tarmac road, only 100 metres from the main road which leads to Novo Sancti Petri and other destinations. The large front porch which offers shade from the sun is furnished with a table and 6 chairs.
The front garden has a car port also providing shade from the sun. A car may be parked there securely, as the secluded walled garden is not overlooked and has high lockable gates. The rear garden is paved with a 6x3M swimming pool (max. depth 1.5M) and the side garden is laid to lawn. There are 6 sun loungers, parasols, and a BBQ. The owners have taken great care to make sure that all those little extras have been provided to ensure that guests will have a comfortable stay.
All of the bedrooms are of a good size and have large fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers, fans and wall mirrors. One bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom and has a corner bath with shower attachment,wash basin, bidet and WC. The second bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, wash basin and WC.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
The windows are fitted with insect nets, and there is a smoke alarm and fire extinguishers.
Location
You can walk to the beach from the villa - it takes 20 or 30 mins depending on the route
There is a bar/restaurant at the top of the road, and there is a wide selection of restaurants in Novi Sancti Petri ( 2mins drive) as well as shops, banks and a supermarket.
Close by are 2 horse riding centres and three golf courses as well as a driving range within walking distance. Tennis is 1km away.

Chiclana: a typical Andalucian town - 10 mins drive.
Sancti Petri fishing village: wind surfers, kite surfers, banana boats and canoes - 15 mins drive
Cadiz: Oldest city in Europe - 30 mins drive

Special notes
Prices are for the property per week. Bedlinen and towels are changed weekly. The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival and a welcome pack is provided.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder is due 6 weeks before departure. A £200 security deposit is also required at the same time in the form of a separate cheque which will be returned to you providing the property is left in good order.
There is an information pack in the house giving comprehensive details of the area. Directions from the airports will be sent to you before departure.
