Description: |
Lagomar is one of the most luxurious developments in Almerimar. The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath accommodating 6 people. The large terrace has views over the lake to the sea. The apartment is fully fitted with airconditioning for the summer and heating if required for the winter months. It is furnished to a high standard and there are a seletion of games, dvds, books for the use of guests.
The complex has a lovely large pool situated next to the lake with a smaller childrens pool. Other facilities on the complex are tennis court, gym, sauna, childrens play area.

Costa Almeria Region
Costa Almeria retains a traditional feel and is fast becoming a favourite for the discerning holidaymaker. It is the southern most part of Spain with a mainly warm climate reaching 40 degrees in the summer months with the winter temperatures barely dropping below 15 degrees.

Almerimar boasts a large marina with shops, restaurants and bars.
Almerimar boasts 13km of well looked after beach area.
Alongside the traditional bars are disco bars which open during the evening and into the night but are far enough away from the apartments to cause any problems with noise.
It is recommended that you hire a car to best enjoy the area
