Description: |
The aprtment is ideally situated 10 mins from Estepona and 15 mins from Puerto Banus.
The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge/dining room, kitchen plus utility room and two terraces.
The Main Bedroom has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes and drawers. The en suite bathroom is fully tiled and has a basin, toilet, bath with shower, bidet and separate shower cubicle. There is a door from this bedroom on to the main terrace.
The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and drawers. The second bathroom is fully tiled and has bath with shower, bidet and toilet.
The lounge/ dining room is furnished with 2 couches, dining table and chairs for 6 people, coffee table and sideboard. There is Sky TV, DVD player and music centre. Sliding patio doors lead on to the 25sq.m, main south facing main terrace.
This large terrace is furnished with table and 4 chairs, and 2 sunloungers.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A door leads to the utility room where there is a washer/dryer. There is adoor from the kitchen to the rear terrace which has a table and 4 chairs and is ideal for an eveving drink and watching the sun set behind the mountains.
There are marble floors throughtout the apartment which has air conditioning and heating.
The apartment will be cleaned before arrival and on departure and towels and linens are provided.
Cots and high chairs can be provided on request.
