Description: |
The beautiful house is approx 500 sq metres plus over 100 sq metres of covered terraces. Every detail of this beautiful house, pool and gardens has been carefully designed to enable access for all. The 22 metre pool has a ramp for children and wheelchair users. The house has a large comfortable lounge with satellite TV and music centre. There are two well equipped kitchens. The Cortijo offers an idyllic environment for a truly luxurious holiday.
The property consists of 8 bedrooms all with highly appointed en-suite bathrooms. The main house has 4 bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and suitable for wheelchair users. Within the walled gardens of the house we have a further four bedrooms, the Moorish Tower, the Seville rooms, which is fully accessible and consists of a large, luxurious bedroom and en-suite bathroom, with a small adjoining bedroom suitable for a carer or children and the Garden room, which as the name implies, is a secluded luxury accessible bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Most of the beds are zip and link, so can be single or double.
This stunning location is ideal for weddings and family reunions. We have had several weddings and birthday celebrations that have all been a great success with the bride and groom and their family members being able to spend time with each other, relaxing in comfort and style. We can provide a five star catering service to supply everything for the celebration or indeed for the duration of your stay if required.

This villa, swimming pool and gardens are truly accessible so is ideal for all the family, children, elderly and for any disabled members. The house is only a brief drive away from the coast, where all the usual water sports are available to hire. There is a naturists beach, not far, and a small marina. There is a diving school nearby, and they will come and give private lessons in the pool, upon request. The house is set in its own grounds of some 9 acres. We have a small jogging track round the grounds. There is a network of tracks leading from the house, ideal for walking, jogging or biking. There are national parks very close by, where the scenery is truly stunning.

Special notes
The villa rental rates are in pound sterling. Change-over day is Saturday. A deposit will hold the rental, full payment is due with 1 month of holiday date. We hold an 800 pound damage deposit which will be refunded 2 weeks after the end of the holiday subject to there not being any damage. Please ask for the rates for the fully or part catered rentals or for your special celebration dinner. |
