This two-bedroom Spanish holiday maisonette is located on the outskirts of the village of Algorfa which is in a lovely area of the Costa Blanca, within easy reach of both Alicante and Murcia airports.

Description: |
The maisonette is fully furnished. Each bedroom has two single beds with the availability of a bed settee in the lounge area. Air conditioning and satellite TV for all British and some movie channels are installed within the property. There is a balcony in the entrance area overlooking the communal pool. The maisonette also incorporates its own roof top solarium with suburb views overlooking areas of orange and lemon groves and a castle. At the back of the maisonette there are gardens and children’s play area.
Four minutes walk up the road leads to a restaurant with bar. A further ten minutes walk will bring to the prestigious entrance complex of the championship golf course, La Finca, where you will discover newly opened restaurants, bars and shops.
There are wide choices of excellent beaches to visit. the closes being Guardamar which has suburb sandy beaches and sea front restaurants. It takes approximately 15 minutes by car. A 20 minute drive will take you to the large seaside town of Torrevieja where you can discover the new shopping centres and water park by day and the nightlife of bars and restaurants by night.
