Description: |
This wonderful villa is completely renovated in 2006 and is located in a private domain of four villas on a surface of 6 hectare. In its very peaceful and eco environment you can enjoy the lots of fruits and palm trees. It is ideal for people who are looking for peace and privacy and also for families.
With its classical Mediterranean style with modern comfort and beautiful appointed the villa overlooks the valley and has a splendid view on the sea.
There is plenty op space for parking. It has a private pool with a large covered outside dining room.
Upstairs you have the dining room with an open kitchen and salon, overlooking the swimming pool. There are also two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Downstairs you have a common lounge and two large bedrooms with each their own bathroom and outside patio.
All the bedrooms have twin beds which can be converted to master beds.
The villa has everything of linen for the bed and bath rooms as well for the kitchen.
There is a weekly change. Additional daily aid from a maidservant is available on request.
It is situated only two kilometres from the sandy beach and the local supermarkets. It is surrounded by interested places as Calpe, Moraira, Benissa in ten to fifteen minutes by car, and thirty minutes from the bustling resort of Benidorm. You have a variety of four golf courses in a half hour distance. Just outside of Benidorm you have several theme pars as Terra Mitica and Aqualandia.
On request you can have satellite television with the channels of your country, and also we can provide internet wireless connection.
The owners are your closest neighbours and want to help you as much as possible to make your stay very pleasant.
