Description: |
Casa de Malospelos, a family nickname meaning bad hair, is a unique villa designed by Juans imagination.
The villa and gardens are enclosed by hedges for extra privacy.
The rear of the villa is south facing and has a large well established garden and pool, sheltered by the hedges.
There is barbeque dining area to the side of the villa and a covered terrace to the rear.
On the ground floor there are four bedrooms, consisting of one double room with en-suite, two twin rooms and a single room.
There is also a family bathroom, kitchen/dining room, lounge and utility room. The lounge has English satellite television.
Downstairs has suitable entrances for wheelchair access.
Upstairs is a large hexagonal room with windows on all sides to enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding countryside, or to enjoy the snooker table and darts board.
