Bedroom 3, ground floor: Two single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. Bathroom 2, ground floor: Shower cubicle, WC, washbasin. Kitchen, ground floor: Fully fitted with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, iron etc. Washing machine etc all leading off the kitchen in utility. All crockery, cutlery and tableware. Lounge/Diner: Sofa, dining table and chairs, Digital TV, DVD, CD. Outside: Ground floor terrace and allocated parking space to the rear of the property. Roof Terrace/Solarium: Private terrace, accessed from the first floor and main bedroom with large table, six chairs and two sun loungers for those lazy evenings with beautiful pool, sea and mountain views.

The Andalucian style homes of Al Andalus Thalassa are built and furnished to a high standard. Different residential areas are separated by beautiful walkways and fountains. There are two large communal pools and a separate children’s splash pool surrounded by large landscaped areas with palm trees which provides shaded areas. Al Andalus Thalassa is suitable for both summer and winter breaks as it also boasts an indoor spa and fitness centre with a heated pool, jacuzzi, water jet circuit, sauna, Turkish bath, and hydro-massage showers. Other facilities include a tennis court and a childrens play area, all in your own back yard! The gated complex (residents cars only allowed) is child-friendly and safe. Parking is in a designated parking bay outside the property.

Special notes We require a deposit of £100 pounds, plus a security key deposit of £50 pounds which will be refunded after inspection of the property and all keys have been returned. The remaining balance should be paid in full 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO TRAVEL. Changeover day is flexible. To save you doing any work whilst on your holiday, there is a 50 euros charge payable locally to cover cleaning, laundry etc at the end of your stay. Many thanks |
