Description: |
Located 7km south of Torrevieja at La Zenia, within walking distance of La Zenia centre, Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca. Within 5 minutes walk there is a large selection of restaurants: Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, French, Spanish and German. The Famous Paddy Point Irish pub is also near by.
Supermarkets, car hire facilities and the beach are all a stones throw away, the lovely sandy beach has the advantage of beautiful golden sands for pleasant walks and the added bonus of many a bar overlooking the sea.
If you are a golfing fan then there is a vast selection of quality golf courses within close proximity, including Villa Martin.
The apartment is located in a small, family apartment block, only 3 storeys high and is in a superior residential area, has security doors into the building, lift, stairs and communal pool, all kept immaculately clean. For those who would rather a more extensive work out than an early morning dip, there is also a private leisure club within 3 minutes walk with pools, and a gymnasium.
The apartment itself comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, with fridge freezer, oven and hob, Microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle. All pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are supplied. In the living room/Diner there is a stereo, Television, Video and British TV channels.
The south facing balcony comes equipped with patio furniture and receives sun most of the day with panoramic views of the sea and is not overlooked.
There is one twin room and one double, sheets and towels are supplied for both, the bathroom has a bath/shower and the whole apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning.
A car can also be offered for collection from the airport should it be required and a local person is on hand for personal attention.
