Description: |
Casa Haf is a detached family villa set in established, pretty gardens and has an outside shower, kitchen area and BBQ .
The lower level has a large kitchen/breakfast room which leads to the pool area, a bathroom and a more formal dining room.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two double and one twin, all with air conditioning. There is also a bathroom, a comfortable living room with satellite television and a spacious, arched covered terrace overlooking the pool, terraces and gardens.
There is secure parking. The gardens are walled, access is by electric gates.
Casa Haf is ideally situated for a great holiday. There is a bar within walking distance and Moraira is approximately 1 1/2 km and has a choice of sandy or rocky beaches and numerous restaurants, including fish restaurants by the marina.
We recommend the use of a car to take maximum benefit from the beautiful surrounding areas.

Notes

Nestling between the mountains and the sea, Moraira has its own micro climate and boasts 300 days of sunshine a year.
Recently discovered by tourists it was a small fishing village and has now increased in size without losing its appeal.
The pretty marina has many yachts but local fishing boats too.
There are two main sandy beaches, one in Moraira itself and the other in the adjoining area of Portet. Although on a journey along the coast road between Moraira and Calpe you can explore and discover a number of pretty rocky or sandy coves.
Other local places of interest include Javea with long sandy beaches and Guadalest a hill top village and caslte set inland in the mountains. The picturesque Jalon valley is a lush green valley surrounded by mountains with winding roads and spectacular viiewing points.
Benidorm with easy access to Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica theme park and Mundomar a marine and exotic animal park with dolphin shows is 30 minutes away.
There is a choice of golf courses in the area.
Local activities include :golf, scuba diving, climbing, tennis, walking, jet ski, aqua park, swimming, flora & fauna and relaxing!
Take the children to the local marina to feed the large shoals of fish with left over bread.
The two main fiestas in Moraira are San Vicente Ferrer, which takes place on the first Monday after Easter Monday, and Moors & Christians, which is held the second weekend in June.

Special notes
Bed linen and bath/shower towels are provided weekly. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
Cots for children up to 24 months can be provided for a small charge.
Saturday is our preferred arrival day during peak and high season, but we are happy to be flexible out of these times.
We ask that the villa be vacated by 10.00 a.m. for cleaning before the arrival of new guests from 4.00 p.m., although we do try to be as flexible as possible with these times. Please let us know if you have late or early flights and we will try to help if we can.
A 25% deposit is payable on booking
The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.
A damage deposit of £100 is taken with the balance. This is refundable, subject to no unreasonable breakages, two weeks after your departure date
