Description: |
The Villa
This modern villa, surrounded by olive groves sits in 600sq metres of terracing and gardens fully walled and gated, with a 10m x 5m enclosed swimming pool. The villa has a double master bedroom with on-suite on the first floor with patio doors leading to the large roof terrace which has beautiful mountain views.
Downstairs there is a further double bedroom and one triple, with a family bathroom and seperate cloakroom. The large open plan villa has a superbly equipped kitchen
with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas oven and hob. The tastefully decorated dining area has patio doors leading to the extensive terraces and swimming
pool. In the lounge you will find comfortable sofas with television and satellite tv . If you would like to bring your own laptop we have broadband internet access. On the terraces, overlooking the pool you will find comfortable wicker furniture for relaxing, and a dining suite and gas powered barbeque for those al fresco
meals, there is also a full sized pool table. The 10m x 5m swimming pool is fully enclosed and is surrounded by terracing, with comfortable loungers on which to soak up
the sun.
Local Area
The town of Albox is 5 minutes drive away. You will find plenty of supermarkets and shops, both English and Spanish. There are a host of bars and restaurants, serving everything from a full English breakfast to Indian, Chinese and of course Spanish cuisine.
There is a bar/ restauarant 10 minutes walk away and the traditional village of Partaloa is 5 minutes drive where there are a handful of bars and restaurants nestled in the winding streets.
The coast
The coastal towns of Mojacar and Garrucha are 30 minutes drive away, with the water park at Vera playa 35 minutes drive.
Golf
There are 4 golf courses, all within 40 minutes drive.
Desert Springs and Valle del Este 35 minutes drive.
We also have two sets of golf clubs at the villa, available upon request.

Almeria airport 1 hours drive
Granada airport 1 hour 30 mins drive
Murcia & Alicante around 1 hour 45 mins drive
