Upon entering your holiday home a large entrance hall greats you. There are marble floors throughout. Large lounge / dining area with an American style fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob and more than ample storage space. Off the lounge is a large terrace with excellent sea views. The property has Satellite TV, air condition hot/cold and solar heating for the hot water. Off the lounge is a large storage cupboard for additional storage. Off the hallway are the bedrooms and bathrooms: Separate family bathroom with shower, sink and W.C. Bedroom 2: with fitted wardrobes and sea views. Bedroom 1: Is the master bedroom suite with a good size bath/overhead shower, sink, washing machine and W.C. The master bedroom has air conditioning, a good size terrace off the bedroom with superb sea views. There is an intercom system for the main entrance.
All linens and towels are provided. Maid service and private chef services are available at an extra charge. This is a non- smoking property however smoking on the terrace is allowed. TORROX COSTA is said to have the "best climate in Europe". Torrox Costa boasts 9 km of white sandy beaches, beautiful, lively promenade with many bars and restaurants. Given the Costa’s popularity it is rapidly developing, Every Monday it hosts a large market where you can buy just about everything with good quality fruit and vegetables at very reasonable prices. Many of the properties close to the beach are apartments. Houses, flats and villas are also available both centrally and within the newer complexes situated close by. Many of the properties offer sea and mountain views.
TORROX PUEBLO (village) is set back in the hills only a few minutes drive from the ‘Costa’. Torrox Pueblo is a typical whitewashed Andalucian village, with characteristic, narrow, winding streets and stunning mountain views. Depending on location sea views are also possible. This charming Spanish village has a central Plaza - the ‘hub’ of the village with friendly bars and restaurants where you can sit and watch the world go by. No two village houses are the same making each property unique. Countryside properties are also available. N.B Built into a hill means the village is rather steep, not recommended for the elderly or those with mobility problems.

The area offers ample off road parking around the building. It has the use of 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball /football and beautiful and well kept communal gardens. All the amenities can be accessed on foot and there is an excellent choice of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, schools, attractions in the area and along the promenade /sea front near by. The area has many attractions on offer to suit people of all ages, some which are;
Caleta Marina and Baviera Golf 5 minutes by car along the coast,
The new Golf Course in Torrox that is now under construction,
The area of Torrox Costa additionally, has beautiful beaches, is very accessible for all age groups and many local fiestas and events all year round.
Other Area Activities: Nerja caves and Donkey Sanctuary are located 12 km from this property.
Torrox Costa is located 4 km and is a 6 € taxi fare away or .85 bus ride
Aquavelis water park less than 20 mins by car. El Ingenio Shopping Mall less than 20 mins by car.
