Costa del Azahar, the orange blossomcoast, Spain. On a plot of 1050m2 for rent this ideally located VILLA, surrounded by a beautyful garden with a large terrace (150M2) with a private swimming pool. All over the place you have terrific vieuws of the Mediterrenean Sea, the Castle of Peniscola, the sand beaches and the nearby mountains. Peniscola is about 130 km north of Valencia and 220 km south of Barcelona. There are airports in Barcelona, Reus and Valencia from where the motorway is going to Peniscola.
The villa is contempory furnished and has a living, diningroom, small library with desk, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, solarium and a fully equipped kitchen.
of course it offers a washingmachine and a dryer. There are enough cupboards and wardrobes and even a small safe.
In the livingroom you find a 3seats sofa and 2 armchairs, coffeetable, SAT TV and radio/cd player, open fireplace and lightning. The dining room has an extensible table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, combi-microwave, coffeemaker, toaster etc.
the 2 bedrooms have beds of 160x200cm and the 2 bathrooms have a shower, toilet and bathfurniture. All bedlinen and towels are supllied by the owners. 1 bedroom also has SAT TV. All rooms have ceiling fans.
The large terrace of 150m2 offers a fantastic vieuw all over and on clear days the vieuw is over 50km!
On the terrace you also find the swimmingpool (7x4mts!) and for enjoying the vieuw there is terrace furniture: 4 chairs, a small sofa and a table. Of course there are sunbeds. A covered part of the terrace is ideal to have your breakfast, lunch or diner and has an extensible table and 4 armchairs. The villa offers 1 garage place .
Peniscola has a large sandbeach with a length of 6 km and a lot of restaurants, shops and all you might need to enjoy your holidays!
30 km from Peniscola you find a 18-holes golf resort (Panoramica) and you also can make nice trips to the mountains.
The villa is only for rent in July and August, when the owners are not there.

deze werkelijk schitterende villa met groot terras en eigen zwembad is omgeven door een mooi aangelegde tuin. op het terras is een overdekte patio voor heerlijk buiten eten. de modern ingerichte woonkamer- slaapkamers en badkamers bieden optimaal comfort en de volledig ingerichte keuken zorgt ervoor dat een compleet diner met gemak bereidt kan worden.
deze villa is het gehele jaar door bewoond door de eigenaar en wordt alleen in de maanden juli en augustus verhuurd.
in de overdekte patio staat een grote tafel met 4 comfortabele stoelen. Op het grote terras staat een leuke tuinset, van waaruit er werkelijk een fantastisch uitzicht is over het oude stadscentrum met de bekende burcht van Peniscola en dit uitzicht rijkt tot ver in de omtrek. Vanuit Peniscola met de uitgestrekte boulevard en het schitterende zandstrand kan men leuke trips ondernemen naar Castellon, Valencia of Barcelona. Op slechts 35 km afstand ligt de 18 holes golfbaan en ook het uitgestrekte berglandschap op 40 km afstand leent zich tot het maken van wandeltochten.
De villa zelf is modern ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. Koel-vriescombinatie, vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger behoren vanzelfsprekend tot de invetaris. Radio-CD speler, SAT aansluiting en TV zorgen ervoor dat alle zenders binnen bereik liggen. Een afgesloten garage is aanwezig en het zwembad op het grote terras zorgt voor koele verpozing.
