Description: |
Really smart and stylishly furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, fully air-conditioned detached villa on 3 floors and with a private pool! The villa has an entry phone system and is gated – therefore perfectly safe for families with small children. A travel cot is also provided free of charge!
Outside, the lovely garden is filled with Mediterranean flowering plants plus a shady terrace area which is furnished with a table and 4 chairs and is lit at night.
Moving inside the villa, the stylish lounge which is air-conditioned, contains 2 sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), plus a rug, coffee table, standard lamp and pictures as well as a wood burner for winter lets. For your entertainment there is a television plus a DVD player, CD/Radio music system and a good selection of paperback books for your use during your stay.
The dining area has a modern dining table and 6 chairs as well as a mirror, pictures and a wall unit. Also on the ground floor is a handy downstairs WC, with basin and mirror with lights overhead.
The large, spacious kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard including oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine as well as both a flat grill and a raclette grill! In the kitchen is also a useful table and 2 chairs. There is also a separate utility area which houses the washing machine, additional sink, iron, ironing board and hoover and a door that leads to the rear garden/Summer kitchen area.
Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, is the beautifully furnished air-conditioned master bedroom containing KING SIZE bed, rugs, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures and a double built in wardrobe (with a chest of drawers inside). There are also double patio doors leading out to a small balcony.
The master bedroom also features en suite facilities containing WC and shower cubicle, plus basin with marble topped vanity unit and a mirror with lights overhead. In addition, there is a thoughtfully provided hairdryer to save on your packing!
From the master bedroom double doors also lead into the air-conditioned single bedroom, which is furnished with a single bed, mirror, 5 drawer chest and rug.
Also on this floor is the third bedroom, again air-conditioned, which contains twin beds, lamp, bedside cabinet, rugs and pictures plus a built in double wardrobe with a 2 drawer chest inside. There is also a built in safe for your valuables during your stay.
The family bathroom is also on this floor and contains a WC, bidet, bath (with shower overhead), heated towel rail and a basin with marble topped vanity unit and mirror and lights above. Moving upstairs again, to the beautiful roof terrace with mountain and countryside views, this lovely sunbathing area is furnished with 2 sun loungers, table and 2 chairs and is also lit at night.
Back downstairs to the fantastic garden area – which is the WOW factor for this property! The beautiful summer kitchen features a brick built BBQ, sink and food preparation area, table and 6 chairs and large parasol and is fully lit at night – therefore perfect for that evening meal!
In addition, the superb pool with Roman steps, features 4 sun loungers, a hot water shower and garden lighting – so is good for either daytime swimming and sunbathing or a late night dip!
Within a 2 minute walk is a great selection of bars, restaurants, banks and 3 supermarkets, this is a fantastic property – either for families or couples alike! Furthermore the lovely sand-duned beach is just a short drive away!
