Description: |
This one bedroom apartment is ideally located about 400 metres from the lovely beaches of Mojacar Playa. Within easy walking distance are many restaurants and bars as well as the shopping centre.
It has lovely sea views as well as views of the picturesque moorish pueblo of Mojacar.
Close by is the fishing village of Garrucha with its lovely promenade and excellent selection of fish restaurants and a little further on is the water park. There is also a go-karting track nearby and many diving centres.
The apartment has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and there is a separate living/dining room with satellite tv and a small kitchen.
Outside there is a large private solarium which gets the sun all day and outdoor furniture is provided. Within easy walk is an excellent bus service which takes you up to the old town of Mojacar, along the sea front and further up the coast to Garrucha and the water park.
