Description: |
The Orange Grove is a non complex 1 bed Apartment set in over an acre of beautiful mature gardens 5 mins from Vera and 10 mins from beaches. It is located at Finca Arboleda in the countryside just outside Vera on Costa Almeria. The Apartment has use of a beautiful 10m x 5m swimming pool with a healthy salt water filtration system, so no excessive chlorine.
The Apartment has English satellite TV and DVD player with over 200 movies
Finca Arboleda has a WiFi network.
Finca Arboleda is set on 3 terraces, on the top terrace there is the Orange grove apartment next to our house and the swimming pool. The middle terrace is an Olive grove, the Old Stables villa, also available for rental,is on a lower terrace of the garden.
The garden has more than 100 mature olive, citrus and mixed fruit trees, so there is nearly always fresh fruit to pick like Apricots, Figs, Lemons and Peaches. Imagine making juice from Orange’s you’ve just picked or using our own Olive Oil and eggs.
We are very well situated in a country location close to 4 golf courses and only 10 mins from the coast.
The fincaarboleda web site which has a link below has lots of information about the Villa, the Apartment, car hire, flights, golf and an active guest book with entries from over 50 previous visitors.
Set in an area ideal for relaxing, walking, cycling (we have 2 mountain bikes) an away from the crowds base for exploring the area or somewhere just to lie by the pool and enjoy the sunniest part of Europe..
We get lots of return bookings and are on site should there be any problems or you need any local information. This is the perfect place for a peaceful but not too remote holiday.

Vera town with restaurants, bars, banks and shops is a five minute drive . Clean beaches are 10 minutes away, a car is essential to fully enjoy the location. We have 2 mountain bikes available for you to hire.

Special notes
Prices are in Euros per week for 2 people, a sofabed is available for 50 euros per person per week, extra days are pro rata. We can accept payment in Sterling or Euros.
A 25% (with a minimum of 150€) deposit secures the booking, balance is due 8 weeks before the stay.
Accommodation is cleaned before each rental.
Linen and towels are changed weekly, utilities are included.
We can hold dates for you while you book flights. We can accept paypal for a small charge. |
