Set against a stunning backdrop of mountain scenery, this beautiful privately owned villa is in an elevated position on the mountainside. It overlooks a nature reserve, orange groves, and has fabulous panoramic views of both the mountains and Mediterranean coastline.
The spacious modern villa with its traditional-style charm has been comfortably furnished, equipped to the highest standards and has everything for a perfect holiday retreat. Internet access is available and there is also a digital safe for guests to store their valuables.
The open plan circular sitting room with its open fireplace provides wonderful 280o views. The large dining room opens onto the terrace with its spectacular views to the mountains and the sea. There is a fully equipped kitchen including cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. etc. A separate utility room contains the washing machine, tumble dryer and other laundry equipment.
The villa has 3 well equipped double bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom and each bathroom has a thermostatically controlled shower and a large heated towel rail. All bedrooms have hairdryers. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and patio doors which open directly onto the terrace and the magnificent views. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and there is also an additional fold away bed and travel cot if required.
There is a private floodlit pool with Roman steps. On the terrace there is also an outside hot and cold water shower and a built in Gas BBQ with food preparation area. The large terraces have a choice of dining areas – one is covered and providing shade. The terraces have plenty of patio furniture and sunbeds.

Alicante or Valencia airports are approximately 1-hour drive away. There are numerous daily scheduled and charter flights to Alicante and Valencia from most UK airports (with some very attractive rates). Car hire is cheap in Spain and can be booked easily from the UK for collection at Alicante or Valencia.
