Our unique Italian Architect designed home has become a landmark building here in Nerja’s old quarter. Comfortably accomodating five this clean bright modern design is in a great south facing position making it so special. Complimentary Cava and fresh flowers greet you on arrival.
The Spanish designed kitchen offers all the modcons expected today, including marble tops, dishwasher & a large fridge freezer. Pantry basics are included as well as an honesty style drinks cupboard. Relax in the air-conditioned lounge area, TV, CD & DVD, "Sky Free View" TV. as well as Spainish terrestrial TV to keep you entertained out of the sun.
The bathroom and the shower room are both stylish & functional.
Both bedrooms have full length sliding doors with blackout curtains as well as plentiful wardrobe storage. The air-conditioned double bedroom has TV & DVD player. The second sleeping area is a bunk room featuring a Scandanavian bunk system.
There is a utility room with automaic washing machine And drying lines.The roof terrace has seating for eight, enjoying sunshine all day, 360º views. A large sunsade pulls across to cover most of the terrace if needed. There is a small “kitchen area” to keep the food & drinks to hand!
Our home offers the chance to enjoy the very best of Nerja,there is something for everybody here, from its lovely 10 beaches,clear sea,most activities are catered for.dramatic mountains offer great walks ad are a must for nature lovers. The town itself offers numerous restaurants & bars to suit all tastes and budgets.Retail therapy is provided by numerous shops
About Nerja
Nerja is situated in the easternmost part of the Malaga province. To the west, it adjoins the municipalities of Torrox and Frigiliana, to the North with Competa, to the east with Granada province and to the south with the Mediterranean sea.
The main route through Nerja is the N-340, which links it with Malaga, 52 km away, and with the coast of Granada.
Nerja has a population of 14000 and is the main tourist resort of the eastern stretch of the Costa del Sol. One of the main attractions of Nerja is its coastline. Unlike the other zones of the Costa del Sol, here the mountains reach the shore, forming majestic cliffs between which nestle picturesque coves and beaches.
Nerja enjoys a Mediterranean climate, these benign conditions combining with a number of unique factors to bless the area with a splendid climate. The surrounding mountains protect Nerja from the cold north winds, whilst the influence of the sea makes for milder temperatures, both in summer and in winter.
The Nerja Cave is well worth a visit. The cave was discovered in 1959 but was inhabited as far back as the Higher Paleolithc Age, 30 000 years ago. Underground streams perforated the limestone of these mountains, forming huge chambers and strange and lovely stalactites and stalagmites. One of the enormous natural caverns has been converted into an original setting for the internationally famous Festival of Dance and Music, held every summer since 1960 and seats some 800 spectators.
Nerja offers a huge number of bars, cafes and restaurants from the typical Andalusian bodega to establishments serving the best in international cuisine.
The pleasant climate in the zone, the beauty of the coastline and such tourist attractions as the Nerja Cave, combined with the friendliness and hospitality of the local people and the excellent facilities, provide the visitor with comfort and entertainment, making Nerja an excellent tourist destination.

Easy 45 min. drive from Malaga Airport. Fine views from the roof terrace. Built over 3 floors+roof terrace so unsuitable for the less able. Most things on the door step, Golf etc just a 15 mins drive. Equipped to an excellent standard throughout. 2nd bedroom is a bunk room with a quality bunk system |
