Description: |
Es Pomeret is a spacious and traditional style finca just 5 minutes drive from the centre of Soller and 10 minutes drive from the beach and Port Soller.
There are 3 main bedrooms plus 1 supplementary bedrooms for large parties (sleeps 2/8)
ENJOY THE NEW POOL
The property benefits from parking for several cars and comprises of the following
Several outdoor terraces, some covered and some not, complete with all necessary outdoor furniture, sun loungers and fabulous views over the village of Soller and the surrounding mountains.
The front doors lead on to a spacious dining area and traditional “ranch” style lounge space with a large, working open fireplace to keep you warm in the cooler months. There is hot/cold air conditioning in the lounge/dining area and the open plan kitchen is complete with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils. Just off from the kitchen is a large brick built barbecue area, great for dining “al fresco”
On this floor is a tastefully decorated double bedroom and an ample sized modern bathroom with a large shower, WC and washbasin. Unusually, the remaining bedrooms are located down a set of stairs, which lead off from the dining area.
On the lower level is another, pleasant double bedroom and the 3rd room has 2 sets of bunk beds. (There is also a 4 th room a, which provides access to the other downstairs rooms. Due to this, we advise that this supplementary room is only to be used for large parties i.e. 8 people.) Downstairs is a second bathroom with bath and shower above, WC and washbasin.
We are happy to provide a baby bed and high chair making it ideal for families and due to the layout of bedroom/bathroom upstairs and bedrooms/bathroom downstairs it would be ideal for 2 families to share.
Outside, there are plenty of nooks and crannies to explore in the surrounding grounds. This property is near enough to all the local amenities and beach to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful and tranquil if that’s what you prefer.
