Outside
There is a garden to the front and rear. The patio/balcony areas have outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is a large 20m swimming pool with a separate paddling area for smaller children. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and is for the sole use of the residents of the small complex.
Coast/Beach
The coast is just a 2 minute walk away and the nearest beach is 0.5km away and will take 5 minutes to walk. There is also another secluded bay with a beach a 10 minute walk away.
Golf
The nearest 18 hole golf course is located just outside the town of Arta which is approximately 10 minutes drive away (Capdepera). In addition, there are 5 other courses within 20-30 minutes of the property including Pula, Alcanada, Pollenca and Son Servera.
Travel
The nearest airport is in Palma which is located approximately 40 miles away which is served by daily budget airlines from most of the major UK airports. It would be possible to arrange for a local taxi company to pick up from the airport and hire a car from them. A hire car is essential.
Distances
Nearest towns - Colonia St. Pere 3Km (3 minute drive); Arta 9Km (10 minute drive); Manacor 25Km (20 minute drive).
Further details
There are several activities available in close proximity including cycling, watersports, coastal & hill walking, fishing, painting and swimming in the clear waters of the sea. Colonia St. Pere has a magnificent promenade with several family-oriented restaurants/bars with wonderful views of Alcudia Bay.
