The complex is within easy reach of a small shopping centre and supermarket and approx 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Vera Playa.
A short car-ride away are the towns of Villaricos with its picturesque marinas, Garrucha which also offers a large, sandy beach, numerous shops and restaurants and a thriving fishing port. Mojacar Playa is the main tourist resort which is approx 15 mins drive away, bustling during the peak season and has an abundance of restaurants, bars, sandy beaches and water sports. San Juan de los Terreros with its long stretch of gently sloping beach and numerous beach bars is also a short drive away of approx 20 mins.
Other local tourist attractions within the area include a water park, karting, horse-riding and sports centre with tennis, padel, gym and mini-golf.
Golf courses include the famous Desert Springs, Valle del Este, Marina de la Torre and Playa Maceanas. The historic towns of Vera, Cuevas del Almanzora and Mojacar Pueble are almost certainly worth exploring.
