Living Rooms
Open plan lounge/dining room with large sofa, one dining table with six chairs, satellite TV, CD/DVD player. Patio doors lead to garden and terrace.

There is a private solarium on the upper level with a table and four chairs.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service
Towels and linen are included. Towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels. If a cleaner is required during your stay, there will be an additional charge of £60 per clean, please ask at time of booking.

A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £15 a week.
A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

Special notes
Notes on prices: prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
This is a non-smoking villa.
Changeover day: check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion.
Booking notes: £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period are £475 per week. Bookings made from countries outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.
The pool and jacuzzi can be heated, individually or together, for an additional cost per week: jacuzzi only £30, pool only £35, combined £60.
Security deposit: in addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
