An exclusive, private apartment in the luxurious ‘Parque Miraflores’ an award winning circular building with panoramic views, set around a central patio with fountains, and tropical gardens. This is truly a 5 * luxurious holiday resort built in the Andalusian ‘pueblo’ style with small groups of apartments and villas grouped around their own swimming pools set in 80 acres of sumptuous gardens with palm trees, flowers, tropical plants and waterfalls to cool you down on hot days.
A modern but stylish apartment on the first floor sleeps up to six (4 adults + 2 children). Comprising: A spacious Lounge/Dinning room with twin sofas, one of which converts to a double bed with dinning facilities for six. Remote controlled air conditioning, Satellite television, BBC1, 1TV1, Sky Sports and Sky Movie channels with many more programmes. DVD player with DVDs, CD HI-FI system with CDs, talking books, holiday guidebooks and maps and a good library of holiday reading. Patio doors leading to a double balcony with comfortable cane furniture and dinning facilities which overlooks the swimming pool and superb views down to the sea, only a few minutes walk to the beach.
One double bedroom with LCD television, one twin bedroom both with fitted glass fronted wardrobes with a safe in the master bedroom. One bathroom with bath, shower, WC, hair dryer and washing machine. Centralized hot water system. The kitchen is fully fitted with full size fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle with many more gadgets including an iron and board. None smokers only.
Miraflores is situated on the Mijas Costa between Fuengirola and the glamorous town of Marbella with its plush marina at Puerto Banus. Malaga airport is only a 25-minute drive away. ‘Parque’ Miraflores is within a short walk to the beach, restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets. We highly recommend hiring a car to access larger shops and hundreds of affordable restaurants along the coast.
As golfers, Miraflores is a golfers paradise. The Miraflores Golf Club is situated next to the resort with 18 very challenging holes with many water hazards. The Clubhouse, bar and restaurant is open to none golfers, excellent value for money. There is also a driving range and an excellent golf school with club hire facilities, with five more golf courses within a ten-minute drive from the apartment.
But there is not only golf. While some people will make their way to the beach, others will be playing tennis at the Miraflores tennis centre or participating in a game of lawn bowls. You may prefer just to relax and enjoy a swim with many sun beds available, a poolside drink with your friends,
A frolic with the kids or simply relax and soak up the sun. The children have not been forgotten; they have their own “kiddies pool”.
The clubhouse is the social hub of the resort. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, cold buffets, traditional and local cuisine by the pool, or a drink at the bar, all at reasonable prices. Live professional entertainment many nights of the week.

Nearby is Marbella, which enjoys a justified reputation as one of the most exclusive resorts on the Mediterranean, oustanding shops and restaurants and over 30 of Europes finest golf courses. In the town, its old centre which still retains its village atmosphere, charming, narrow whitewashed allyways, ancient churches, small bars and restaurants giving way to pretty squares, the most famous being Plaza de los Naranjos where you can sit outside under the cooling shade of orange trees. Close by is Puerto Banus with its prestigious marina filled with many luxurious yachts, top restuarants, piano bars, jewellery shops and exclusive boutiques, all competing with one another to win the prize of Marbellas "most beautiful, the best of........." |
