La Casita consist of 1 main bedroom that has a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 individual beds, and a cosy bedroom for with individual bed. There is a combined living and dining area which is very comfortable and accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. Bright and Spacious. The villa is newly refurbished creating a refreshing feel.
The Villa its self is wonderful, spacious and very luxurious. All bedrooms have hot and cold AC. La Casita is ideal, suitable for everyone because it is all on one level. It’s very comfortable and convenient. The pool area is especially a favourite as it is totally private and surrounded by shrubs and trees. There is plenty of sun all day long.
The area where “El Rosario” is located is probably one of the best in the Costa del Sol. Close Marbella Center, Puerto Banus to the Beach, 15 mayor GOLF COURSES, supermarket, restaurant, shops, banks and even the biggest hospital. All about a 10 minute drive. Very close to everything but still very private and quite.
