Description: |
CASA BELLA is a newly constructed villa that has been beautifully furnished throughout to a high standard and is ideal for a truly relaxing family holiday.
The villa is located in the village of Busot which is midway between Alicante and Benidorm a few kilometres inland from the coastal resort of El Campello and is within easy reach of all of them. A car is highly recommended for villas in this area.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with en suite bathroom and a seperate large family bath/shower room. The lounge is well furnished, bright and spacious with Satellite TV (many English Chanels) DVD player plus a seperate dining area.
The fully equiped modern kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer plus everything you would expect in a modern home.
There is air conditioning in every room plus ceiling fans in each room.
Outside there is a private swimming pool,shower, extensive terraces, gardens, sun loungers, table and chairs plus a shaded naya (terrace) where you can enjoy those leasurely meals with the occasional glass of the local wine whilst soaking up the stunning views of the valley and mountains.
(The swimming pool is heated for winter lets of 1 month or over)
You can also enjoy eating Al Fresco on the fully equiped Gas Barbecue.
The villa is only a short 10 minutes walk form the charming Spanish Village of Busot.
The village is a quaint 13th Century Spanish Village in a stunning mountain setting. It is only 15 minutes from the lively hustle and bustle of the coastal towns, yet it still retains a true flavour of traditional Spain. Busot has a selection of bars and restaurants serving typical rustic Spanish food and village shops for general groceries.
A visit to the historical caves at "Cuevas del Canelobre" which are reported to be millions of years old, are a must and well worth a visit.
They are sometimes used for concerts because of their excellent acoustics. For those that enjoy the great outdoors, the local terrain offers excellent walking and climbing.
The Bonalba golf course is only 10 minutes away.

Special notes
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.The final payment will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. There is a refundable loss/breakage deposit of £200 which will be returned within 7-10 days of departure. All bed linen, hand and bath towels are included.
A welcome pack of bottled water, tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk, bottle of wine and soft drinks is supplied with our compliments. If further goods are supplied we can arrange to have them in your villa upon your arrival. Just e mail your shopping list and we do the rest. This carries a charge of £12 plus the cost of your shopping.
There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.
If required a mid stay clean is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours)
If you require the hire of cots, high chairs etc please enquire at time of booking.
If you require to use the pool heater out of season there is an additional charge of £8 per day. Full central heating for out of season would be charged at £40 per week. |
