If you like the beach – then this is the apartment. The apartment is situated with a fantastic view to the sea and Malagueta beach and very close to the city centre. It has everything you need for a perfect city break. The apartment is 55 m2 and has a fully fitted kitchen, a lovely lounge with access to the balcony and the fantastic view, a bathroom with shower, a master bedroom and another bedroom.
The beauti of this apartment is that you can enjoy both the beach and the historic center of Malaga at the same time
- One day perhaps you feel like for some sun, just take the elevator down and you are at the beach
- One day you feel like going to the theatre, just walk to the center.
Costa del Sol is a beautiful area and has some of Europes best clime - more than 320 days of sunshine. One thing we cant complain about is the weather - always fantastic. Malaga City is a lovely place - the home town of Picasso and a lot of other things to do and see. Here you can get it all in one place - Malaga is a growing city with a perfect clime, beaches, sun, gastronomy and a lot of exiting cultural things. You can enjoy the Easter and see the big processions all over the historic centre - this is a unique opportunity to see how the Spanish people celebrate easter. Or enjoy the Feria in August - this is a tradition and a must and you can try some of the typical tapas and the famous vine.

Here are some of our most important attracions: The Cathedral, the two castles Alcazaba and Gibralfaro, Plaza de la Merced, Plaza de la Constitucion, Calle Larios and the Harbour. Or maybe our locale football team Malaga CF - the stadium is situated very close to the centre. If you want to go visit areas outside the city - we can recommend Nerja, Gibraltar, Marbella, Ronda, Granada and Sierra Nevada where you can go skiing.
