Description: |
Parque Central is in a first class location, only 400 m from the beach but in the town centre with all you can wish. Restaurants, cafes and bars, a Health Centre, supermarkets, banks, a park & shops are on the doorstep. A car is not needed but in case you have one there is an indoor private car park available and free of charge for you. The appartment is on the 6th floor and has a sunny terrace with sea views.Air conditioned and heating. It has just been completely refurbished to an very high standard taking care of every detail. We are sure you will love it and feel like at home. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed(1.50). Bedroom 2 has two single beds of 90.The living room has a large sofa with chaise long, with dining table for 4. The terrace,in which you can enjoy the sun all day, also has a dining table for 4. Please do let us know if you have any special requirements and we will do our best to please you. We provide linen & beach towels. The pool is closed from the 15th of September.

A privileged location between the sea and the mountains to enjoy a well varied and attractive offer, such as wonderful beaches stretching along its 21 km coastline. Remains dating back the oldest from the Prehistoric period, along with other remains from different periods with Roman, Phoenician, Muslim or Medieval influence. Civilisations that left us great monuments like the Town Clock Tower, the San Luis Castle and the Church of Los Remedios, together with a series of beacon towers.Not to miss are the Municipal Museums, located in the original Bullring of Estepona. Outstanding gastronomy, folklore and local celebrations. Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holidaymakers when visiting The Costa del Sol, with an abundance of restaurants and bars. In addition to all this, Estepona has 2 main beaches, both with Blue Flag status. La Rada Beach is only 400metres from the apartment and is more than 1 km long. The rate includes heat, electricity, gas,water, linen, towels and a private, indoor parking space. * Check-in after 4 p.m.(between 4:00p.m. and 22:00 p.m.), unless agreed otherwise. Check out by 11A.M. Where possible, we will try to accommodate earlier or later times but these must be agreed prior to booking. * There is an additional charge of 30 euros to cover an exit clean and laundry.
