On the Golf Cource La Finca, you will find our brand new (2007) townhouse with its own pool. Bigger pool 50m away - for the use of a smal community.
La Finca Golfcourse is from 2002 ans is a new sister course to Las Ramblas and VillaMartin Golf. The course has 19holes, a brand new country club and a 5star hotel finishing very soon.
Its only 15 km. from the Costa Blanca coast, Guarda-Mar with kilometres of nice sandy-beaches and Torrevieja, a live all year with restaurants,locals and visitors. More culturel towns are: Alicante, Elche,Orihuelha and Cartagena.
40 km. from Alicante and 25 km to Murcia Airports.
The house is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sitting room with sleeping-sofa, fireplace and flatscreen -tv.
