Description: |
Luxurious house of new construction (year 2008) with capacity for 10-14 persons and conditioned with all the comforts and services. It is placed at 20 minutes from Barcelona in a rural privileged zone, at the foot of Montserrats mountain, in the population of Collbató.
The house has 400 m2 constructed, of which 300 m2 are of housings and 100 m2 of common zones. It is placed in a plot of 2000 m2. The house is divided in 3 apartments; there exists the option to rent them separately or to rent the whole house.
In the facilities they stand out: swimming pool of 8x5 m2, barbecue, room of games, zone of picnic, etc.
The services included into the rental are: ADSL, flat TV, Breeding, DVD player, TV satellite, washer and tumble dryer, iron and table of ironing, coffee machine, squeezer for juices, toaster, microwave, freezer of great capacity, water kettle, túrmix, bathrobes, hair dryer, towels, baby bed, baby bath, chair for baby,games, cleanliness once per week.
Services not included: cleanliness more of once per week, service of catering, rent of bicycles.
Ground Floor
The ground floor consists of approximately 150 m2 of living area and 3 terraces of 6, 10 and 20 m2 respectively. To emphasize a dining room (and kitchen) of 55 m2 and one suite 45 m2 with a double bed, bathroom and relax area. The facilities have also a double room with twin beds and another bathroom.
First Floor
The first floor has approximately 75 m2 of living area and terrace of approximately 207m2. It is distributed in 2 rooms (one with double bed and another with 2 twin beds), 1 bath and 1 dining room - kitchen.
Second Floor
The second floor consists of approximately 75 m2 of living area and a terrace of approximately 10 m2. It is distributed in a room of approximately 25 m2, 1 dining room - kitchen and 1 bathroom.
