This lovely, 3 bedroom, well finished, air-conditioned (and heated) apartment is available for self-catering holidays in beautiful, sunny Guardamar del Segura, Costa Blanca.
Based only 30km from the airport and vibrant Spanish city of Alicante, this makes it a great base for golfing holidays, shopping weekends to Alicante or long, leisurely beach holidays, as the apartment is within walking distance of over 11km of lovely, sandy blue flag beaches.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), sleeps 6-8. The balcony overlooks the shared pool, the apartment has its own parking space and lots of extras to make your stay a great one.
The walk to the beach is through a beautifully scented pine forest, which is a protected national park.
Its a great place to cycle or run through to the beach if youre feeling particulary energetic! more importantly, its ideal for buggys or wheelchair users as the roads are wide and there is only a gentle slope towards the beach.
This road also leads to the town, which is full of good restaurants catering to any taste. The prices are reasonable and busy all year round. If you take a left turn at the end, this leads you to the new sports marina, where you can hire boats to go fishing or parasailing. Other activities include horseriding, go-karting and of course, golf.
Guardamar del Segura...
is a charming family resort. The Spanish love children and whole families will often be seen eating late at night in restaurants. There are over 30 restaurants, from Chinese, Hungarian, Austrian, Italian, Spanish, Indian... you certainly wont go hungry!
The area has some lovely shops and markets abound. There are weekly markets and in the summer, Guardamar has a nightly market which runs adjacent to a street filled with popular restaurants, so ideal for a stroll before or after dinner.

Special notes
prices are for the whole apartment per week. Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in these prices. A deposit of £50 will secure your dates. A damage deposit of £100 will be needed on final payment. This is refunded once positive inspection of the apartment has taken place.
