The properties are built around a great 18 hole, par 72 golf course designed by Dave Thomas. Guests to the apartment can visit the Beach Club which is located within the Mar Menor and is accessed either by ferry or road. Staying at the property entitles you to reduced green fees at Roda Golf Course. There are many other golf courses close by. A Guide to the Area is available at the property providing you with information on the resort, golf, places of interest, shopping facilities and local restaurants. LIVING Comfortable soft furnishings, leather tub chairs, dining table and chairs, stylish lamps. Patio doors lead to the terrace from where you can access the roof terrace via snail steps or dine al fresco. The large master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to a small balcony overlooking the pool and gardens below. The second bedroom furnished with twin beds is adjoining the shower room and has ample wardrobe storage. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and utensils. Both bathrooms are finished to a high standard in an attractive beige marble. ENTERTAINMENT For your entertainment the apartment has a LCD TV with DVD player and a Hi-Fi system. Domestic English channels are available plus Sky News on the TV. GENERAL Guests are met by our agents at the resort entrance and shown to the property where an explanation of all the main facilities is given. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is professionaly cleaned immediately before you arrive ensuring you a pleasurable stay. Included in your rental is a welcome pack including coffee, tes, milk, sugar, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice and bottled water is waiting for you at the apartment ensuring you have a comfortable start to your holiday no matter what time of day you arrive.

Special notes Please note the additional charge for linen and cleaning is paid locally on arrival. Changeover day is flexible. Normal arrive time is after 3 pm. and departure time is 10 am. however we do try to accommadate our clients wishes and in low season we can be more flexible. Prices are inclusive of linen, towels and departure clean. A deposit of £150 required to secure your holiday property, which will be used as a security bond and returned to you as soon as the property has been checked following your departure. Balance 4 weeks before departure. The balance is due 8 weeks before your departure.
