The apartment block has its own lift, outdoor swimming pool and garden area. It is located in a pleasant location with easy access through the garden gate to the promenade and beach.
The two en suite double bedrooms are furnished with ample storage space and comfortable furnishings. Sea views from both bedrooms provide panoramic views of the coast. Both bedrooms are each equipped with a fan.
The apartment is equipped with one en-suite bathroom complete with bath, shower, handbasin, bidet and WC and an en-suite shower room complete with shower, WC and handbasin.
The lounge/dining area is bright and spacious with plenty of seating. Entertainment is provided with a flatscreen TV, Sky channels, DVD and a selection of DVDs and books are available. Leading off the lounge area is a spacious balcony with four chairs, two tables and beach chairs. The balcony has beautiful views along the promenade, beachfront and sea.
The kitchen is supplied with all modern appliances including a separate drying room area. The dining area is provided with a dining table and four chairs.
The apartment block is serviced by a day porter and can be accessed at night through an entry intercom ensuring security. The apartment is also equipped with a rubbish chute in the corridor outside the apartment.
Bedding, linen and towels and weekly cleaning service are included.
