Our 1 bedroom apartment at Residencial Las Brisas
Our much loved and well-presented ground floor apartment at Residencial Las Brisas in Puerto de Mazarron, has satellite television and year-round use of the 25 metre communal pool with separate children´s paddling area.
Our corner apartment faces inland, so has town and country views, (though you can catch a glimpse of the sea by leaning over the corner of the terrace) and is a five minute downhill walk to the centre of Puerto de Mazarron.
The apartment is near the pool, on the outside of the complex, (not poolside) and enjoys inland mountain views.
The complex has lift access to the apartments, communal rooftop solarium and car park.
A parking space can be rented at a weekly charge of 10 pounds sterling.
Inside our apartment
Our apartment has a large lounge with sliding patio doors leading to the front terrace.
The kitchen has granite worktops, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, toaster, fridge freezer and a washing machine.
The apartment has satellite television with Spanish and UK channels.
The bedroom has a ceiling fan and a wall mounted panel heater.
The bathroom has a full sized bath with an overhead shower attachment.
Heat is by fixed panel bedroom and lounge heaters plus a portable heater.
Puerto de Mazarron
Puerto de Mazarron, on the Costa Calida (warm coast) enjoys some of Spain’s best summer sunshine and warm winter weather, with an average of 300 sunny days a year.
The numerous Blue Flag sandy beaches, where you can swim, snorkel, dive, fish or relax under the Spanish sun, are rarely crowded.
The Spanish love to holiday here, enjoying the beautiful unspoilt and diverse countryside and the high standard of facilities.
Puerto has a range of restaurants, tapas bars, evening entertainment bars, a newly built marina, cultural activities including an open air summer cinema, indoor and outdoor sports facilities including ten pin bowling, sports hall, kart track, gymnasiums etc. plus nearby national parks, museums, natural thermal springs and an indoor pool.
