The apartment has a full air conditioning and all home comforts including Satellite TV, DVD and Playstation.The apartment has heating for the winter as it is available throughout the year.This apartment is located on the ground floor so it is suitable for everyone as well as Families with young children.
The Port of Alcudia where the apartment is located has a Marina with lots of shops and restaurants with a wide board walk promenade, it has some of the best restaurants on the island. In the surrounding area there are Golf courses which are among some of the best courses in Mallorca as well as Water park and walks in the Mountains.
