Description: |
The apartment is 65m2 and is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen balcony/utility room, spacious angular balcony of 30m2 with a view of the golf course and the resort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, including a large refrigerator, large deep freeze, oven/stove, cooker hood, dishwasher and an electric kettle.
The kitchen balcony/utility room has a washing machine.
The bathroom has a wash basin, bathtub and shower, bidet and toilet.
One bedroom has a double-bed and opens out on the balcony. The second bedroom has twin-beds and a desk. Both bedrooms have built-in closets and air-conditioning for cooling and heating.
The living room has a lovely view of the golf course and includes a dining table for six, a sofa bed, coffee table, dresser, television, dvd-player and air-conditioning.
The large balcony is 30m2 and has a view of the golf course and the resort with the mountains on the horizon. The balcony has a table and six chairs, two sun-beds with a table and an awning. The balcony is angular-shaped and catches the sun all day. From the balcony, there is a view of the plantations surrounding the Resort and the mountains on the horizon. In clear weather, you can see as far as Mar Menor and the La Manga strip.
The apartment comes with an underground private parking space.
There is 50m to the nearest pool which has a great view of the golf course.
The mandatory cleaning service includes linen, towels and cleaning on departure. The cleaning charge is DKK 500 and is included in the rent.
