Description: |
Villa "Maryvilla" is situated in elevated position,outside of Calpe with panoramic views of Calpe bay and Penon.
Calpe is known for its geological rock formation-Penon de Calpe-which is the symbol of the city.The Penon and the sorroundings are designated protected areas,offering walks and climbs of different level of skills.
The town has a fishing port with a yacht club which recently received royal status.There are a great variety of restaurants,spanish and international,and near to the harbour,many specializing in fish dishes.2 main beaches are linked between them with large promenades.
The town is situated 15km from Benidorm,where can be found a big variety of entertaiment,day and night atractions:discos,pubs,casinos,theme parks(Terra Mitica,Agualandia,Terra Natura,Safari).
The location of the villa,urbanization Maryvilla,is 1.5km from town center.
Is a one level property,very suitable for all ages,with an attractive well mantained garden with orange,lemon and palm trees.
Automatic gates add to the security and the convinience of the property.
There is an undercover barbaque area which is a second kitchen,fully equiped for outdoor living and parties.
The main terrace enjoys early sunshine and makes a perfect setting for al fresco breakfast.Extension speakers from in house stereo.

Cleaning at the end of the period is included,further cleaning is available by arrangement.
An infant coat is available at an aditional charge and a babysitter could be arrange to help you. |
