Description: |
Welcome to our Villa Oasis situated in the town of Ciudad Quesada, near Torrevieja, in the heart of the Costa Blanca on Spains south eastern coast, just 35 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia Airports. This area of Spain boasts over 320 days of sunshine each year and has been reputed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places to live in Europe.
The villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house in a pleasant, quiet and mature residential neighbourhood with a large private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and a 64m2 roof terrace with built in BBQ and food preparation area. The accomodation is flexible sleeping from 6 - 8 people. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the option of a third (ideal for children) and the small bedroom can be configure as either a single or twin bedroom (see photos). There is additional sleeping on an L-shaped bed setee in the living area (not shown in the attached photo). The main bathroom has a hydro-massage spa bath.
The villa has sea views and is within 10 mins walking distance of restaurants and bars and 5 mins walking from tennis and basketball courts.
Ideally suited for families and golfers alike, it is within a short drive of 6 good golf courses and the 14km of glorious beaches around Guardamar del Segura, some of the best beaches in Spain. Less than 5 minutes drive takes you to the popular Quesada Water Park, Quesada centre with its shops, banks and restaurants and La Marquesa golf. The local shops are a two-minute drive, while Quesada has 2 supermarkets. Torrevieja is 8 km away, with a superb shopping mall, including a large Carrefour hypermarket.

Special notes
Payment is preferred by bank transfer in Euro but we can also accept sterling. A 25% deposit is due on booking, with the balance 6 weeks prior to the start date. The villa is cleaned weekly. We can accept payment by PayPal, but prefer bank transfer. A small cleaning charge is made upon collection of the keys. |
