Description: |
The apartment is located 50 metres from Chaplains beach, a sandy and watched beach. The terrace is 17 meters in front of the sea, equipped with a table and 6 gardenchairs garden. It has access directly from the main bedroom and the living room. It has two bathrooms, one included in the double bedroom. The kitchen is independent, equipped with appliances.
Both bedroom have built-in wardrobes. The living-dining room has 20 meters and has direct access to the terrace. The apartment was painted in January 2008. It has a beautiful interior decoration. Floors made of stone. Inner wood carpentry and climalit windows.
The swimming-pool area has direct access to the apartments, surrounded by gardens. Two panoramic elevators with which you can directly go to the garage. With video-porter and security door.
3 - Located in the centre of Salou, you dont need the car for shopping or going out. In the same street you can take a tourist train, and other suburban buses.
A theme park, Port Aventura is located in 2 km and the Water Park of Aquopolis is 1.5 km far.
The city of Tarragona is 12 km, 90 km to Barcelona, Terra Mítica theme park in 240 km.
There are different aquatic sports activities, rental of bicycles, mountain bikes .... excursions.
Montroig Spa resort lies in 20 km : saunas and body treatments.
4 - Access by the A-7 highway directly. The Reus airport is 12 km. The railway station at 1.5 km and the bus station 500m
