Description: |
Situated on the front line of the popular "Las Lomas" development overlooking the marina, this house has all the right ingredients for a very memorable vacation. Just an 8 minute walk to the marina and "Blue Flag" beach with its restaurants and shops, or for the more energetic, a slightly longer walk to La Herradura with its shops, tappas bars, restaurants and water sports. Tennis courts are just round the corner. Almunecar is just a ten minute drive and Nerja, with its historical caves, is only 15 minutes away. There are also three Golf courses near by. If this all sounds a bit like hard work, why not just sit and relax on the terrace taking in the view with a glass of wine or go and cool off in the pool. What ever your fancy, its all there for you. The Costa Tropical is so called for it having its own micro climate boasting an average of 18 degrees in the low season to 30 plus in the high. For those of you interested in local history, you wont be disappointed. Visit Almunecars ancient Castle, Castillo San Miquel. Also, only a short drive, is the pretty white town of Salobrena sitting below its own moorish Castle. The famous Caves de Nerja are only a 15 minute drive away. For the more adventurous, an hours drive away is the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada .
