this apartment offers the very best in luxury, with bespoke furniture, and a beautiful, private terrace with uninterrupted views out to the sea. the teracce has been planted with beautiful scented plants such as jasmine and lavender, therefore offering a special place to entertain, whilst hearing only the lapping waves below. the apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, the master being en suite, with access to the terrace. the lounge/dining area is open plan, again with wonderful sea views. The development has underground parking, and the apartment has a video security system. the development is located between altea, and calpe, both offering wonderful beaches, and promenades with fabulous restaurants and bars. Altea old town is only a 10 mins drive away, with its quaint cobbled streets and square. The apartment is only a 5 mins walk to Mascarat marina, where there are seafood restaurants and contemporary bars where you can have a drink amongst the million pound yachts.
this is a wonderful development, and as we are interior designers, the apartment is very stylish, not your average holiday let.

Special notes
payment can be in sterling or euros, to book a deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required. there is also a damage deposit of 200 euros, which is to be paid in cash on arrival, and refunded on your day of depature, if no damages have been reported. rental fee does no include final clean but does include a welcome pack, all guests are greeted by local representative. there are discounts for children if sharing with 2 adults. |
