Step back in time to visit the tranquil and quaint fishing village of La Azohia. The beach is a 300m stroll through a beautiful and unspoilt residential area dotted with pine and palm trees. The unusally clear waters and protected marine life site make this area ideal for snorkelling & diving. The historic town of Cartagena is a 20 minute drive through the mountains. Puerto de Mazarron where you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a thriving marina is 10 mins away by car. In La Azohia there are 4 diving schools, cafe/bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. The Costa Calida has its own micro climate affording it an average 350 days a year sunshine.

Notes to the rental rates
Prices are for 7 nights and include: A welcome pack, a meet & greet upon arrival, All linen & towels, cot, mid stay linen & towels will be provided for two week bookings (mid stay cleaning can be arranged, payable to our on-site representative), information pack.
Terms: Equivalent prices in Euros will be calculated at the exchange rate in force at the time of booking. Booking will be confirmed when a deposit of 25% is received, balance to be paid in full prior to holiday start date. Security deposit of £200 (or Euro equivalent) required with each booking, to be refunded in full at the end of your stay less any deductions for breakages or damage etc. Check in time after 3.00pm on day of arrival. Check out time 10.00am on day of departure. If you arrive later than 9.00pm on arrival day, an extra charge of 20 euros will be payable to the key holder. Only persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay.
