Description: |
The pretty white village of Competa nestles in the foothills of the Almijara Mountains - our beautiful Townhouse is situated in the upper part of the village and is typical of the traditional casas of the region but offers quality accommodation for up to 8 people. Recently renovated to a very high standard, all the decor, furniture and contents are brand new. The house is on a quiet street towards the top of the village and affords breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and coast.
The property is built over 3 floors. The ground floor has a reception area, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and fitted kitchen. The kitchen includes breakfast bar with stools, fridge freezer, hob and every kitchen utensil you could need. Cutlery, crockery and glassware for up to 8 people. Both the lounge and reception area contain a leather double sofa bed and curtains for privacy and are tastefully furnished to a high standard.
The ground floor bedroom contains a single- to-double bed and so can accommodate one or two persons. Also contains a fitted wardrobe and window with shutters.
A decorative staircase leads to the master bedroom with Juliet balcony. The room contains a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and two 4 drawer chests. From the master bedroom, an open plan staircase leads to a small room with seating and a door onto a roof terrace.
The roof terrace has furniture including a table and 4 chairs allowing al fresco dining or just somewhere to enjoy a glass of the local wine whilst watching the sunset over the ocean.
A communal pool and tennis courts are just yards away from the house and the main village square, bars and restaurants are a short stroll away along the narrow cobbled village streets.

A portable air conditioning unit is provided.
Clothes airer and washing line are provided and the local launderette is just down the road.
There is an iPod docking Station, beach chairs, parasol, lilo and toys.
Car hire is advisable from Malaga airport but taxis can be arranged by the owner if required. Car hire is also available in the village as is a bus service. Parking is free on any of the nearby streets or in the village carparks.
The nearest beach is a 25 minute drive away and Frigiliana, just one of the lovely surrounding villages, is 35 minutes, as are the bustling town and beautiful beaches of Nerja.

Prices for short breaks and/or rental durations not in multiples of 7 days are available on request.
Deposit of 25% required on booking, balance 6 weeks before departure
£100 refundable damage deposit to be paid with balance.
For more than 4 people, add 40 Euros per booking (in total not per person)
For bookings of two weeks or more, a cleaning and linen change service is provided
Keys can be posted or we offer an, any time of day or night, meet and greet service for an additional 30 Euros (includes welcome pack of milk, bread, wine etc). |
