Description: |
The ground floor consists of a living room with dining area, plus a well equipped kitchen and shower room. Seating in the lounge and dining area is for six people. There is satellite TV and a DVD/ CD player in the living room. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, twin bunk bedded room and family bathroom. Access to the roof solarium provides a private sunbathing area and drying facilities. There is also direct access to the private shared swimming pool and courtyard. There are air-conditioning/hot air units to the living area and master bedroom, and fans in all the rooms. Outside in the patio area of the landscaped garden there is seating for six people, plus four reclining rocking chairs.

Costa Calida, known as the warm coast, averages 320 days of sunshine each year. The area is famed for its golf courses, watersports, and safe swimming in the Mar Menor lagoon as well as the Mediterranean Sea. There are an abundance of local restaurants, bars, markets and shops not far away, although the house is situated in a quiet residential area.
Roda is an old Spanish village with a new development built in the Spanish style. It is ten minutes by car from the Mar Menor, a Lagoon separated by salt flats from the Mediterranean Sea, and is noted for its healthy waters. It is ideal for swimming and varied water sports, cycling, walking, shopping, and for sampling many local restaurants and bars. The famous old cities of Cartagena and Murcia are within easy reach by car, and can provide an interesting day out. Access to Murcia /San Javier airport, (c.10 minutes away),or to Alicante Airport (c.50 minutes away)
