Description: |
Villa Los Pulgares is situated twenty minutes from Rincon de la Victoria, on the road which is the gateway to the Raisin Route of Malaga, known as the Axarquia. Macharaviaya is a small village 15 minutes inland to the east of Malaga, in the southwest of Axarquia. Just 8 minutes to Añoreta Golf Course.
Villa Los Pulgares is set amongst beautiful fields set with grape vines as this is the wine growing region of Malaga, famous for its sherry wine. Please note that the Villa is in the countryside and has about 600 meters of off road driving from the main road. The track is fine for all types of vehicles.
You have the best of both worlds staying at Villa Los Pulgares , having easy access to beach resorts and an extensive list of activities on the coast. Plus inland adventures following the route of the raisin, or heading up to Lake Viñuela.
Villa Los Pulgares is ideal for families, golfers, or for three couples to share It sleeps six people, and has plenty of room for each person to find a quiet corner.
DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA AND ITS CONTENTS:-
Tall beamed ceilings throughout the villa
Fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven with grill, plus 4 Gas Hob, microwave, and toaster, Ironing board and Iron.
Large lounge, coal/wood fireplace, television, comfortable sofa and chairs, panoramic views of sea and countryside, and large terrace.
There are two bathrooms, one ensuite with bath and the other with shower.
Three bedrooms:-
1) Master with double bed, large wardrobe with drawers. Bedside tables with lamps.
2) 2nd Bedroom with two single beds wardrobe with drawers, and bedside tables with lamps.
3) 3rd Bedroom two single beds wardrobe with drawers, and bedside tables with lamps.

We are 3 minutes drive to the village of Macharaviaya where you have a couple of bars and a convenience store.
Rincon de la Victoria has all the major supermarkets i.e. Mercadona,Supersol etc..and even has a commercial center with hypermarket, cinema etc..
Some of the best days out at the beach apart from in Rincon de la Victoria, have been in and around Torre del Mar area about 15-20 drive further up the coast. In the summer months in the evenings they have a rastrillo(small market) on the promenade, which is great to have a wander round before or after dinner.
If you carry along the coast you come to Nerja and the caves.( A lovely day out)
All in all, its the ideal place to spend your holidays in comfortable surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, but near enough to have access to it when you wish.

Prices are per week Entering at 16.00 and Departing at 11.00 We require a refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on each reservation which will be refunded upon departure, subject to reductions for breakages or damage. If you cancel your holiday this amount is not refundable. 6 weeks prior to your holiday the total amount of the rental fee has to be paid, preferably by bank transfer. A receipt will be issued and sent by either post or e-mail. Should you have to cancel your holiday 6 weeks or less after this payment has been made you will unfortunately loose the whole rental amount. (Unless we get a last minute booking to fill the vacancy) |
