The apartment:
Lovely, comfortable apartment 95 m² with new selected furniture. 2 bedrooms for 4 pers. (+1 in salon extra sofa). Huge livinroom, 2 dyning table(living room and kitchen), big kitchen, washing store.
It is a quite location yet close to everything: shops, banks, supermarket, facilities, bus stop to Benalmadena costa, Arroyo de la Miel, Mijas, Malaga, Torremolinos. Also near to Stupa, Cablecar, The Pueblo, Beach the Port (Puerto Marina), Tivoli, Sea Life, Selwo Marina, Castillo de Bil Bil, Horeseriding Club.
- The kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, owen, coffee-machine, all kitchen equipment, dyning-table for 4 pers .
- The store with washing machine, iron, ironboard.

From the balcony you have view for the coast, to the city and mountain. You can see also from the balcony, church of Benalmadena pueblo, Tivoli park, Cablecar, El Castillo de Colomares.
Communal area: The apartman has communal pool, garage, green area, perfect walking area with amazing view.

Benalmadena has tranquil, night-life and child entertainments.
You can enjoy here all of tipe of restaurantes. Irish, English and Spanish bars, discos on the beach.
Benalmadena near to Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Mijas Costa, Malaga, Marbella(30km).

To reserve you need to pay a 20 % of the price by a bank transfer.
The total price is paid on the arrival day. The deposit is 300€ that will be refounded on the departure-day if there is no damage.
Cancelation policy: is canceled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancled later or in case of no-show, the reservation fee will be charged.
Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt within 7 working days and confirmation.

Pets are allowed only for tinydog.
A discount of 20% is available for rentals of 3 weeks or more from October to May, and for regular guest.
Cleaning is available during you stay for 65 Euro.
