Description: |
Surrounded by pine forest and with a nice view to Mongri mountain this residential complex is situated 1.400 m. from the beach and in front of Platja de Pals golf course. Full exterior apartment with 3 exterior double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and spacious living/dinning room. There are 2 nice terraces with views to the very spacious communitarian area with garden and swimming pool. Parking. Direct connection with lift from the parking to the apartment.
The distance to Les Serres golf is 2 Km and Emporda Golf is only 7 Km.
Surrounded by dunes and with over 3,5 Km. of sun-baked beaches. An immense stretch of land where you can sunbathe, relax and have fun. There are facilities to play volleyball, toilets, beach bars, an area for nudism, windsurfing courses and children´s scooters. The small coves and creeks are only 3 km. from Platja de Pals, following the coast to south.
Diving schools at Fornells (5 Kilometres), Aguafreda (5 Kilometres), Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc (20 Kilometres) and Estartit (20 Kilometres).
Good snorkelling is found all along this stretch of coast.
Sailing and motor boats can be hired from several boatyards.
Aiguamolls is a protected site for birds.
Bridle paths. These are well kept and clearly signposted. The ones along the coast have stunning views. There is a walk from Cap Sa Sal via Aguafreda to Sa Tuna and one from Calella to Llafranc.
The local markets for food and for crafts. Markets finish at about 2pm.
Sunday: Palafrugell.
Monday: Torroella de Montgri.
Tuesday: Pals.
Wednesday: Begur.
Friday: La Bisbal.
Begur is a lovely medieval hill town with its fortress at the peak where you can enjoy fabulous views. Pals and Paratallada both old medieval villages are 5 to 10 minutes driving. Monells is a special example of well restored medieval village and recommend visiting and sitting in the square, 20 minutes driving.
The area is excellent for golf, with several courses within 5-15 minutes.
Platja de Pals and Les Serres are 10 minutes from the apartment.
Emporda, with 27 holes and a swimming pool for non-golfers is 5 minutes by car.
Golf Costa Brava at Santa Christina D’Aro (30 mins).
PGA Golf Club de Catalunya, Located on the N11 between Girona and Barcelona at Caldes de Malavella (40 mins).
