Luxury 6 Bedroom villa with Fantastic Sea Views
If its stunning views and good weather your after you have found the place. With 320 days of sunshine each year you´re guranteed the weather. Overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Luxury villa built in 2004 consisting of 6 double air conditioned bedrooms (2 of which are en-suite). Sleeping 15 in comfort. There is a double bed-settee sleeping another 2 if required. Stunning location, affording privacy and tranquillity. The villa consists of two large dining rooms, 2 lounges one with log burning fire, Satellite TV, two large fully fitted kitchens one with breakfast bar. Large covered and enclosed glazed naya. Fully air conditioned and central heated.
Facilities include;
Swimming pool, professional pool table, professional dart board, professional outdoor table tennis, Terraced gardens, BBQ area with large stone 10 seater table,100 mtr terrace furnished with sun loungers and garden furniture. Pond water feature with terraced sun area. Private off road parking.
The Main House cosists: Fully fitted kitchen and diner, leading directly out to the coverered glazed naya and out onto the private pool. The master bedroom & dressing area with luxury ensuite and corner bath leads out to the pool area. Satellite TV and DVD.
Double and triple bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes one of which leads out to the pool area. Shared family bathroom.
Lower level consists of: Spacous living area, fitted Kitchen and Diner. Spacious Family bedroom with ensuite shower room. One twin and one double bedroom with shared bathroom.
Cumbre del Sol is situated inbetween Moraira and Javea, where there is plenty to do. Lots of bars/restaurants and boutiques to browse around. Everyone who visits this area falls in love and each year there are more and more visitors. We absolutely love the lifestyle and the locals are friendly. There are plenty of banks, supermarkets, hairdressers and much more.
There are lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks, and much more. Weekly markets where you can enjoy a bit of haggeling. Tennis, horse riding, mini golf, go karting, diving are all available.
30 minutes to Benidorm and theme parks. 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, bar/restaurant with pool.
The villa is also available for long lets, price available upon request (negotiable).
Towels and linen included, changed weekly. Property cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. Optional extra - beach towels changed weekly for additonal cost of 2 euros per person per week.
